Digital Projection is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative position located in our Kennesaw, Georgia US office. Suitable candidates will possess the following qualities and skills:
• 3-5 years of general experience within the role of Customer Service.
• An outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clear speaking voice, courteous phone manner, and strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures.
• Candidate must be self-motivated and display initiative. Candidate must also be able to multitask and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Assure absolute customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
• Directly support the Customer Service Manager and the Regional territory that is assigned.
• Provide occasional trade show support, which may require travel.
• Assist in supporting a Regional Manager and maintaining all of the necessary duties that are required to managing the territory efficiently.

Digital Projection is seeking candidates for a Projector Technician position located in our Kennesaw, Georgia US office. Suitable candidates will possess the following qualities and skills:
• Must have basic understanding of electronics (AC/DC circuits).
• Soldering skills, ability to read schematics, logical thinking, good work ethics, good attitude, great attendance & a cooperative team spirit required.
• Must have ability to test, adjust and calibrate various components.
• Must be able to acquire a passport.
Responsibilities include:
• Troubleshoot digital projectors, perform repairs, replace components, load software & complete all required paperwork.
• Will also provide technical phone support to customers.
