DIGITAL PROJECTION INTERNATIONAL AND NEC VIEWTECHNOLOGY LIMITED ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

UK, & KENNESAW, GA., February 14, 2002 - Digital Projection
International (DPI) and NEC Viewtechnology Ltd. (NEC) today announced a
strategic alliance for the development, manufacture, marketing and
distribution of advanced digital projection systems. The agreement will
bring both companies accelerated growth in entertainment, large-venue
imaging, digital cinema and critical projection markets. It is a
combination that offers customers of DPI and NEC unrivalled expertise
and experience on a truly global scale.
