DIGITAL PROJECTION INTERNATIONAL SIGN GLOBAL EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT WITH REVERSA SCREEN TECHNOLOGY

Manchester, 4th April 2002 - Digital Projection International (DPI), the world's leading digital projection manufacturer based in Manchester, today announced it's appointment as exclusive global distributor of Reversa products. This strategic agreement covers the full range of Reversa screens & accessories when used in applications utilising 3-chip DLP™ projectors with at least 3000 ANSI lumens brightness. This presents DPI with the opportunity to expand and diversify into new markets, benefiting from this state-of-the-art screen technology.

The DPI product range currently consists of Digital Media, HIGHlite, THUNDER & LIGHTNING 3-chip DLP™ dynamic projection devices. They are all engineered for dramatic indoor or outdoor large screen applications in an entertainment or business environment.

With high native resolution and light outputs from 3,000 to more than 14,000 ANSI lumens, the Digital Media, HIGHlite, THUNDER and LIGHTNING Displays assure bright, sharp, film-like and attention-getting images on any screen size. Following the distribution agreement announced today, DPI will be able to supply the most technologically innovative rear projection screens available on the market for use in harmony with it's high brightness projection systems.

The Reversa, Eclipse, and Eclipse II branded screens incorporate unique Light Projection Technology, which guarantees perfect image clarity in any ambient light conditions including full daylight, a world first for a projection screen. Each screen is specifically designed to be robust, lightweight and easily maintained. Made of acrylic, the screen will not crease, rip or scratch and can simply be wiped clean with soapy water.

The Reversa - high gain rear projection screen - has the highest viewing angle (165º) and highest gain (8.3) available from any product of it's type on the market today. The Eclipse - mid contrast and Eclipse 2 - very high contrast screens both have class leading horizontal and vertical viewing angles at 175º. The sleek profile of each Reversa screen and stylishly designed stand & accessories, combined with the very best image clarity, means that Digital Projection International can offer a versatile and economical projection screen solution for any application.

All Reversa screens are designed to meet the requirements of any indoor, outdoor, fixed or portable applications including; retail and POS; boardrooms and reception areas; product launches and exhibitions; concerts; outdoor advertising; command and control; theme parks and entertainment complexes.
