Description:
DP Field Service Engineers (FSE’s) represent Digital Projection in the most important interactions we have with the market. They are the “face” of our factory, development team and customer service group. They work closely with our dealers, consultants and end users.

Regional Managers are the most important component in attaining Digital Projection’s sales and customer satisfaction objectives. They link dealers, consultants and end users to DP’s superb products, team and services. They provide the marketplace with training, product information, demonstration and sales support, and they are in command of their own success as well as the success of DP and it’s customers within their region.

Requirements:
Applicants should be highly personable and technically proficient. We are seeking candidates that are based in a major mid-western city and posses 3 – 5 years experience in the sales or support of large screen displays and/or related electronics.

Assistant Operations Administrative Assistant
Division: Digital Projection, Inc.
Department: Operations

Description:

Digital Projection is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position.
Suitable candidates will possess the following qualities and skills:

  • 5-7 years of general experience within the role of Administrative Assistant.
  • Understanding of business operations management and operations analysis.
  • Must be self-motivated and display initiative. Must also be able to multitask and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Capable of creating good working relationships with customers and associates.
  • An outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Clear speaking voice, courteous phone manner, and strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to learn quickly, and follow established procedures.
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Some experience with general accounting and contracts administration.
  • Comfortable with some travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the Vice President of Operations and Operations Group Managers.
  • Assist in maintaining key vendor relationships and with the administration of facility support contracts.
  • Support the compilation of departmental reporting.
  • Assist in the analysis of product utilization and consumption data.
  • Assist in the development of Operations group procedures and practices.

Provide occasional trade show support, which may require travel.
