KOREA AVICS WINS DIGITAL PROJECTION'S COVETED ASIAN DISTRIBUTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD

MANCHESTER, UK (December 14, 2005) – Digital Projection International (DPI), an Emmy™ Award-winning manufacturer of high-performance projection systems, announced that their Korean Distributor AVICS has been awarded Digital Projection's coveted Asian Distributor of the Year for a second time. This award is recognition of not only high sales but also providing customers with a high level of support and satisfaction as well as investment in training personnel to professionally support their local market.

AVICS has a long history in the broadcasting industry and has been distributing Digital Projection's award winning range of projection products for nearly seven years, led by their President and founder Mr. Seung Chang Shin. It was his original strategical decision to add the DLP projection business to AVICS portfolio : "We saw the great potential of the DLP™ projector market in Korea and very quickly recognised that no other manufacturer came close to providing the image quality of Digital Projection”.
