DPI BOOSTS SALES FORCE FOR GROWING WEST COAST MARKETS
ATLANTA, GA, (November 6, 2006) – Digital Projection International (DPI), an Emmy® Award-winning manufacturer of high-performance projection systems, announced the hiring of Paul Gomes and Steve Sherk as DP sales managers on the U.S. west coast. Gomes and Sherk bring over thirty combined years of A/V sales experience to the DPI organization.
Steve Sherk
Regional management responsibilities for DPI customers in the Pacific Southwest will be handled by Steve Sherk. Sherk joins Digital Projection with a wealth of technical sales experience and key customer relationships in southern California. Most recently, Steve held the position of regional sales manager and business development manager at CompView, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA. Sherk’s assigned territory for DPI will include southern California, southern Nevada, and Arizona.
Paul Gomes
Gomes will support DP customers and manufacturers reps in the Pacific Northwest, while also serving as sales manager for the entire west coast region. Gomes joins DPI after working as distribution channel manager for Advanced Media Design for three years. Paul also served as Regional Sales Manager for BARCO, Inc. for the seven years prior. Gomes will represent Digital Projection in northern California, northern Nevada, Utah, Oregon and Washington.
