Digital Projection Bringing Laser Illumination to Biggest Church Expo in the US

New HIGHlite LASER II and E-Vision LASER 6500 to be unveiled at WFX

ATLANTA, GA – July 8, 2016 – Digital Projection International (DPI), an Emmy® Award-winning manufacturer of high-performance projection systems, will be demonstrating worship-focused projection solutions at WFX, Worship Facilities Conference and Expo, in Louisville, KY from September 20-22.

With over 225 exhibitors, WFX is the largest church trade-show expo in the United States. Building on the established performance of the HIGHlite Laser, DPI will feature the HIGHlite Laser II, the next-generation laser powerhouse. The HIGHlite LASER II offers key performance upgrades, including raised brightness capabilities to 13,000 lumens, and will start shipping out Q3 of 2016. DPI will also feature the E-Vision LASER 6500, which offers 6,500 lumens and 20,000 hours of illumination at a compelling price point. They will be located in booth #100.

More about the HIGHlite LASER II:

The HIGHlite Laser II brings a range of impressive improvements to the already popular HIGHlite Laser model. While maintaining its compelling 20,000 hours of illumination, the second-generation product now boasts an impressive 13,000 ANSI lumens of brightness. Other key features include the introduction of all-new electronics that offer improved video processing and a full 120Hz processing path from DisplayPort sequential 120Hz or 60Hz per input dual-pipe HDMI.

Combine the exceptionally bright, long-life illumination source with a host of other precision features, and you have a projection solution that’s perfectly suited to a diverse range of professional venues. Image Edge Blending is included as standard, along with advanced geometric correction. HDBaseT, DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI ensure that the connectivity is comprehensively future-proofed.

The HIGHlite Laser II ships Q3, 2016.

More about the E-Vision LASER 6500:

Developed with a ‘Set it and Forget it’ directive, the E-Vision LASER 6500 delivers an impactful imaging solution that installers and system integrators can deploy with minimal maintenance throughout the lifetime of the display. The E-Vision LASER 6500 produces 6,500 lumens through laser-hybrid illumination in a compact chassis design.

The high brightness output allows venues to present captivating imagery in a variety of venues, even when ambient light is present, such as in auditoriums and houses of worship.  The near unlimited tilt capabilities are also distinct, as they give venues an unlimited amount of installation flexibility. Venues can feature imagery positioned vertically, horizontally, and almost everything in between, without degrading the light source lifespan. The E-Vision LASER 6500 offers five different lens options including 0.77: 1 fixed, 1.1 - 1.3: 1 zoom, 1.54 - 1.93: 1 zoom, 1.93 - 2.91: 1 zoom, 3.0 – 5.0: 1 zoom. The fan noise is only 33 dBA, and can be made even more quiet based on the application’s optimal light output, making this a whisper-quiet display solution.
