DIGITAL PROJECTION CHOSEN AS THE EXCLUSIVE PROJECTOR PROVIDER FOR THE 2005 DECORATORS HOME OF THE YEAR IN ATLANTA, GA

KENNESAW, GA, (May 12, 2005) – Digital Projection Inc. (DPI), an Emmy® Award-winning manufacturer of high-performance projection systems, announced that the company's iVision HD-7 has been chosen as the exclusive projector for the 2005 Decorators Home of the Year. The home is in Atlanta's prestigious new community, Governors Towne Club. The $2.2 million dollar home is a reproduction of a southern style antebellum mansion.

The iVision HD-7, a single chip, seven segment DLP based projector, was installed by Total Home Entertainment as part of their $80,000 "Signature Series" Home Theater package. "We are impressed by how incredibly quiet the projector is. The picture created by this tiny projector rivals that of any single chip projector we've seen," said Chris Willett, co-owner of Total Home Entertainment.

Specifically designed for a wide variety of home cinema, media and entertainment applications, DPI's iVision HD series also includes the iVision HD-X, which delivers 1,000 ANSI lumens and 4000:1 contrast ratio in an ultra-compact, piano black chassis. It is equipped with a standard 1.75-2.25:1 zoom lens, but the versatile projector can also be outfitted with either a 1.0:1 fixed, wide-angle lens, or a long-throw 2.5-3.5:1 zoom lens.

"The iVision HD series has been an incredible performer for small-to-medium sized home entertainment venues," said George Walter, home cinema market manager for Digital Projection, Inc. "The seven-segment color wheel-based iVision HD-7 and HD-X provide dramatic imagery with exceptional contrast and excellent color saturation, making these the most compelling projectors among those with prices starting under $10K."

Digital Projection's single-chip DLP™ home cinema projector lineup also includes the iVision sx+ and, the dual-lamp dVision HD and dVision sx+. The company's single-chip DLP™ displays complement its powerful 3-chip DLP™ offerings, which include the performance-driven MERCURY HD and 2K resolution HIGHlite and LIGHTNING Reference Displays.
