DPI Marks 10 Years At Sundance Film Festival
Digital Projection is pleased to announce their 10th year as an official provider to the Sundance Film Festival. This year DPI will take a record number of projectors to the festival representing every chassis in our product line.
The Sundance Film Festival is held every year in January with the majority of the theaters located in snowy Park City Utah. This year Digital Projection will also equip several venues in Salt Lake City and Kimball Junction as well.
DPI’s Chuck Collins and Bill Gillette will partner with K2 Imaging’s Karl Mehrer and Digital Media Development’s Paul Zoskey to support the event. Both Mehrer and Zoskey are veterans of DP’s past efforts at the festival. The crew will spend about a week prior to the event, installing projectors throughout the venues in Park City. The 2008 festival has more video content than ever before, and promises to deliver many blockbuster movies that will be presented to the public in months to come.
DPL To Exhibit at Integrated Systems Europe In Amsterdam
After a very successful exhibit earlier this year at infoComm China, Digital Projection Limited is planning for an incredible display at the Integrated Systems Europe show next month in Amsterdam.
An affiliate of infoComm, the ISE show is Europe's largest exhibition of electronics systems and display solutions, with attendees from over 99 countries in 2007. 2008 will mark Digital Projection's first participation in the growing trade show.
In an unprecedented showcase of DP's precision displays, DPL will demonstrate a single-screen display of 26 million pixels, 224,000 lumens and active 3D.
Specific details of the display cannot be revealed until after the show, but the DP Connection will certainly follow up with photos in our February issue.

Looking Ahead To 2008
As 2007 comes to a close, DP would like to thank all of our customers and manufacturer's reps who have contributed to another successful year. In an effort to further drive the momentum of our broad products and services, DP will be expanding our marketing and advertising programs for 2008.
Our 2007 Road Show hit nine cities last spring and proved to be a great way to connect with our dealers, consultants and end-users around the U.S. DP is ready to kick off a brand new Road Show for 2008 that will be even better than last year. Details will be announced soon
Additionally, you will begin to notice much more DP advertising in your industry publications and even consumer magazines. We're very excited about our full lineup of single-chip and 3-chip DLP® displays and realize that it's time to expand our audience of "people in the know"!
Regarding our product line, given the overwhelming demand we are experiencing, DP is focusing on increasing production capacity of our current TITAN and LIGHTNING projectors as well as the supply of our new Brilliant Color™ iVision and dVision single-chip units. Our customers can also expect to see introductions of additional 3D capable projectors next year in both the LIGHTNING and TITAN Pro Series II platforms.
Other exciting programs for both commercial A/V and home cinema dealers are in the works and will be announced next month.
Again, thank you for your commitment to DPI and get ready for an incredible new year!

TI DLP® Relies on DPI For CES
Although DP will not have a dedicated booth at CES this year, we are honored that Texas Instruments has specifically requested our products to support their booth design at the show.
Texas Instruments has requested two DPI LIGHTNING 40-1080p projectors to be used on the large screen in their DLP® booth. The LIGHTNING projectors will be double stacked using DP's exclusive rigging and stacking frame to produce upwards of 40,000 lumens at 1920x1080 resolution.
Be sure to visit the DLP® booth (#8205 Central Hall) to view this display and pick up the latest information on DP's precision displays.
