64 Laserprojektoren TITAN 37000 WUXGA von Digital Projection standen im Zentrum einer dreidimensionalen Projektionsmapping-Show, die am 26. Oktober im neu errichteten Stadion der neuen ägyptischen Hauptstadt stattfand. Es befindet sich 50 Kilometer östlich von Kairo und soll das Herzstück der olympischen Stadt werden. Mit 93.940 Plätzen ist es die größte Sportarena Ägyptens und die zweitgrößte Afrikas.

Die Geschichte von König Ludwig…

Der französische Projektionsmapping-Experte CS Prod wählte die M-Vision-Projektoren von Digital Projection für ein Kulturprojekt aus, das die Geschichte von König Ludwig XIII. in der ehemaligen königlichen Residenz von Saint-Germain-en-Laye (Frankreich) zum Leben erweckte. Diese immersive 20-minütige Projektionsmapping-Show feierte das Leben des Herrschers, warb für das historische Erbe der Stadt und eröffnete einem jungen Publikum einen besseren Zugang zur Kultur.

Digital Projection erzielt einen Ippon…

Bei der Eröffnungsfeier der afrikanischen Judo-Meisterschaften in Kairo sorgten die TITAN-Laserprojektoren von Digital Projection für die nötige Projektionsleistung. Die Eröffnungsshow der 45. Ausgabe der Meisterschaften fand vom 25. bis 28. April im Hallenkomplex des Kairoer Stadions statt. Dort kämpften die besten afrikanischen Judoka um einen der begehrten Startplätze für die Olympischen Spiele in Paris und sorgten mit Tanzaufführungen und einer Projektionsmapping-Show für eine festliche Atmosphäre.
