At Digital Projection, we’re committed to going the extra mile

for imaging pioneers prepared to push the boundaries of visual experience. We relish helping our customers challenge the status quo.

We also take great satisfaction in seeing their projects through to completion. That means we’ll be there from beginning to end, off ering friendly advice to help them select the right projectors, as well as responsive technical support should they need it further down the line.

We bring that knowledge to bear on our own process, ensuring every element is focused on our partners’ needs, from research through product development to sales and support. We ensure the customer needs are translated into documented specifications and processes against which we can measure ourselves.

To consistently achieve our objectives, we are wholly committed to our Quality Management System ISO9001:2015, which we continually work to improve.

We use this approach to help us to review and address the risks, threats and opportunities emerging in a constantly changing world.
This requires an appropriately skilled, trained, motivated and empowered workforce.
We are all involved, at all levels, fully supported by senior management.
We consider the interests of everyone we interact with as an organisation: customers, suppliers, colleagues and all interested parties.

The system and policy are regularly reviewed by the Chief Operating Officer to seek improved effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the company objectives, and to ensure our quality systems and policies continue to meet the current and future needs and expectations of our customers.
