DP is Hot!

The number of venues for wide aspect ratio projectors increases daily, as seen by the recent use of a fleet of dVision HD’s by Texas Instruments at the their recent infoComm party and Huey Lewis and the News concert.

This major event, billed by TI as “The Party that Rocks”, was held at the Palm Hotel in Las Vegas and more than 1800 DLP enthusiasts attended. To enhance the guests’ view of the show, 5 dVision HD's served-up I-Mag of the live performance, illuminating HD screens in key locations around the venue. The dVision HD’s bright and clear images gave virtually every attendee a front row seat at the concert as Huey Lewis and the News played song after song from their collection of classic hits.
